Deposits and cancellations
On booking a 1-to1 consultation you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit directly to the consultant. The value of the deposit should be limited to a fair representation of the cost of the cancelation to the consultant.
Should wish to cancel the appointment the deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to re-schedule the appointment you will need to give at least 48-hours’ notice, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
